Building Green

Kincaid Henry Green Building Initiative

We are committed to incorporating green/sustainable building practices into every project we construct, and we continually find sustainable options for our clients that improve their project investment and better the environment.

Why Build Green?

The Green building movement continues to grow in popularity as an increasing number of communities, developers and companies commit themselves to adhering to building practices and principles that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly.  Our goal as a company is to incorporate sustainable construction practices into each project while maintaining the needs and desires of our clients.

Bottom Line...

Case studies show that going "Green" does not necessarily mean spending more money.  The bottom-line is buildings built green with and integrated approach cost one to two percent more than standard construction.  Green buildings on average can cut operational cost up to 45 percent per year and certified buildings yield a higher reate of return on lease and resale.  We have found that sustainable construction is a profitable implementation for our clients' projects.
