Collingwood Student Housing

Kincaid Henry worked with Wolf River Development, LLC to redevelop a former fraternity, built in 1924, into a 14 unit, 56 bed student housing complex at one of the main entrances to Michigan State University's campus. This aggressive project boasts multiple levels inside each apartment unit. 

This complete project included a complete overhaul to the entire existing building, new stair shafts, an addition that ties into the existing building for more units and a brand new parking area. These high end student apartments are built with care and quality so that they will last.
