DBI Business Interiors - Renovations to Building Exterior

Kincaid Henry, working as the design/builder, worked closely with the owner, the Facade Committee at the Lansing EDC and the Architects to produce a visually appealing building that matched DBI's exceptional interior space.  Work on this project included reconstruction of the brick facade on the street side of the building from the top of the second floor windows to the parapet, installation of new third floor windows, new stuco application on the south, west and east sides of the building, new retaining wall, new catch basins and site sidewalk, new exterior lighting and signage, new awnings and roof cap.  Because DBI needed to remain open and functional during this process Kincaid Henry worked closely with the owner on site access, time frames of shut down to areas of the site and on demand job site material procurement.  This fast track construction project was a success for all team members and produced a striking new facade for DBI.
