This, LEED Gold Certified building boast the following "green" features, geothermal hvac system, rain water collection/recycling system for non-potable water, low voc paints and and adhesives, recycled content for carpet, drywall, accostical ceilings and metal studs, concrete parking lot, low voc spary foam insulation for the building envelope and Michigan native plantings.
In this project, Kincaid Henry provided full "turnkey" services for the client. Kincaid Henry led the project team including the Lansing Economic Development Council, Studio Intrigue Architects, Ecometrics, DC Engineering, and Tri Terra on all of the design, proforma, feasibility, tax incentives, abatement and physical construction.
Client Testimonial
When I think of Kincaid Henry, I think details. During our Cedar Street School transformation into the Old Town Medical Arts Building, the level of detail adn demand for quality and timeliness from everyone on the project stand out. Both Ryan Henry and Ryan Kincaid, as well as their staff, were professional, exacting, and creative. It would be easy to recommend them to anyone needing the highest level of expertise in renovation.
