West Village Development-Hillcrest Townhouses

Second phase of the Hillcrest Townhouse project in downtown East Lansing.  The structure is built on a compound angle on Hillcrest and had complex site elevations for the retaining walls, exterior stairs, porch pads, garage enterances and existing roadways.  Kincaid Henry was able to construct these townhomes under the orginal budget and discovered solutions to raise the overall ceiling heights of inside the spaces with no cost to the developer.  This high end residential housing is a great option for those looking for urban living in the Lansing Region.
