Project Kickoff
After a bid has been solidified, Kincaid Henry hosts a conference to make sure all specifications are understood. We follow up on required permits, finalize a master schedule, and prepare everything to begin construction.
Daily Construction Management
After construction begins, Kincaid Henry's project team will manage on-site day-to-day operations to ensure successful execution of the project. This includes schedule control and updates, construction quality and workmanship, subcontractor and material management, and safety on and around the site.
